  • Building Relationships: Reaching out to potential community and hospital pharmacies. Developing and maintaining solid relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.  
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth demonstrations of the QUESS 360 software and our training and consulting solutions to show how they meet the pharmacy’s specific needs. 
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Ensure the best sales strategy to meet sales targets, including identifying market opportunities, setting goals, and tracking progress. 
  • Staying Informed About Industry Trends: Keeping up with the latest developments in the pharmacy industry, including changes in regulations, new technologies, and market trends, to better serve clients and stay competitive. 

Aptitudes and skills 

  • At least 2 years as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in sterile compounding.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convince. 
  • Results-driven with demonstrated ability to flourish in environments of significant change. 
  • You have a good capacity for learning and an openness to coaching. 
  • You are comfortable with technology.  
  • Proven facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills 
  • Excellent English language skills required, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with English-speaking colleagues, internal partners, and clients. French language skills are an asset.
