Main responsibilities

 

Supported by our team of experts, combining your experience with the exploration of our technological solutions as well as the possibilities offered in the management of sterile and non-sterile compounding, you will act as an ambassador of BCE’s offering. You will quickly understand why we are acting as Canada’s leader! Concretely, you will have to:

  • Establish solid business relationships with our current customers in order to maintain our position with them.
  • Take advantage of your ability to listen and your curiosity to personalize and adapt our portfolio to meet their needs.
  • Participate in the development and evolution of our service offering with all of our teams so that it is constantly aligned with the reality of the market.

Aptitudes and skills

  • Professional training in pharmacy technical assistant.
  • 2 years of experience in health establishment/community pharmacy or other related.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Relational skills and a strong team spirit.
  • You are efficient, action and results oriented.
  • You have good analytical and decision-making skills.
  • You have a good capacity for learning and an openness to coaching.
  • Bilingualism an asset (French and English).
